- Adjust your watch wrist size by removing the chain
- Reinstall the pin back in between chains
You can exchange products for up to 3 days from the date you bought it. Every product that you return must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please save the receipt.
If the product comes in a defective condition, we will replace it with a new watch.

The color of the wood will darken over time. Therefore, avoid storing your watch in damp and hot places to make your wooden watch more durable.
MAHI is equipped with splash-resistant or anti-splash technology, so you don’t need to worry when washing your hands or getting rain. However, MAHI cannot be used when bathing or swimming.
If your MAHI watch is damaged, you can send it back to us and we will repair it immediately.
